How do I place an order?
Browse the menu, add your favorites to your cart, and check out securely. Your payment options show at checkout. First order? Submit your email in the signup box on our homepage to get 15% off, sugar!
Do you ship or deliver?
Both! We ship nationwide across the U.S., so you can send a taste of Houston to anyone, anywhere. Just enter their address at checkout. We also offer local delivery in Houston. Fees depend on your location and show at checkout.
How long until I get my order?
Every batch is baked from scratch, so orders need prep time before they ship or go out for delivery. Timing depends on order size and where it's headed. You'll get tracking info by email once your treats are on the way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes, cancellations, and address fixes depend on how far along your order is, and once a package is with the carrier, we can't change it. Since our treats are made fresh, refunds follow our refund policy, but if something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep them in an airtight container. Cheesecake cookies must be refrigerated and shouldn't sit out more than 2 hours (1 hour above 90°F). Most cookies freeze well for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container.
How do I warm them up?
For that fresh-out-the-oven feel, microwave for about 30 to 40 seconds, or bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes. Follow any special instructions that come with your flavor.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy, so cross-contact is possible and we can't guarantee an allergen-free cookie. Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy.
What are your bestsellers?

What is a Batchlet?
Our spin on the classic cookie skillet. Think cookie pizza with an All That & A Batch twist: one oversized, warm, gooey cookie baked skillet-style.
Do you take custom orders and events?
Absolutely! Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, classroom parties, and corporate gifts. Contact us with your date, guest count, and ideas. Holiday treats like our homemade pies are local pickup or delivery in Houston only.
